OUR SOLUTION

  • Retrofitted 102 old inefficient fluorescent T5 tube fittings with new energy-efficient LED lamps with occupancy sensors to further reduce electricity consumption
  • A 6-year lighting service and savings-sharing agreement which allows tenants to enjoy bill savings at $0 upfront.
